Remove a Wi-Fi network
Own or manage a venue? Ask us to remove your Wi-Fi from Wi-Fi Companion. You don't need an account.
What happens next
- You get a reference as soon as you send the request.
- If the venue and network name match a listing, it's hidden straight away. Otherwise a person checks your request within 48 hours and replies by email.
- Once removed, the same network name at your venue can't be shared again. To list it again later, contact us.
- We tell the person who shared it that it was removed at the venue's request. We don't give them your details.
